At Brow Code Professional, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade formulas; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Email our professional support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RA number.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
